#2 The beginning !
At last, the big day arrived! Almost a year ago, we set up our project and began to prepare ourselves for this adventure. Tonight, at 10 p.m., we will leave France and flight to Lima, Peru.
Many thanks to Tristan and Jules who inspired us. Many thanks to the people who helped us, who shared our project and financially contributed to our crowd-funding campaign. We will be publishing articles, photos and videos on a regular basis to share our experiences.
We will first farm in the Duraznillo village, north to Peru. Wilder and his wife Rosa will welcome us in their farm for a few weeks. We will be cultivating coffee and picking up coca leaves to the sound of cumbia, in an Amazonian climate
We will then join Ecuador. We finally decided to stay there for a few weeks before going to Colombia, as an opportunity presented itself. We will work in a Hacienda called La Esperanza, in the volcanic region Latacunga in the centre of Ecuador. We will discover the specificities of a cattle-breeding farm.
